Yoga in Cabarete. Dominican Republic
The classes we offer are Viniyoga. A traditional Yoga adapted to all, no experience needed. Yoga at the beach is Monday to Friday at 9:30 hrs. and once or twice a week we have a sunset session at 17:30 hrs. For the sunset session we choose a day without wind or gentle wind. Yoga at the Beach are small group, usually less then 6 peoples. All you need is a beach towel and a bottle of water. For Yoga at the Beach, we ask participants to sign up a day or two ahead.
Every other week we have a Karma Yoga Session, this is a community event, we welcome all Yogis to join us and participate. We sometimes have Yoga & Excursion days but theses are offered on NO WIND days, so we post the dates and details only 2 or 3 days before. We choose some of the most amazing places to practice Yoga, and often combine Yoga with other optional activities, such as surfing, horse back riding and sight seeing, just to name a few.
